01 Create a website plan (Sitemap)

A good start to any website project is to draw up a plan of what you would like the website to contain and define its purpose. Will the site be informative, functional or both? This can be in the form of a word document, or Power Point diagram.

02 Complete our online creative brief or speak with us

After you've obtained a quote from us, you will be given an opportunity to fill out our briefing form online. For a functional site it may be necessary for you to come and meet with us to discuss the possibilities. We will then create a tailored quote based on your needs. If you are happy to go ahead with the quote, we will create a sitemap and functional specification document outlining how the site will work.

03 We design the concept

Based on the functional specifications and your company branding, we will begin the creative process and develop a concept for your website. We will then submit this concept to you for review via email. After receiving the concept you may wish to change certain elements such as layout or design. Each time you request these changes, it is called a ‘Revision’ and you have 3 free revision periods at your desposal. We revise the concept accordingly and resend it to you. This process continues until you are satisfied with the design.

04 We build the website, then you review it.

After getting approval for the design concept, this will be used as a base to create the website pages. We will then give you a website address where you can review the site before it is launched. You have 3 free revision periods for this process to request any necessary content changes. This process continues until you are satisfied with the website.

If the site requires any additional functionality, this will be completed according to the functional specifications and will then be submitted to you for testing.

05 We launch the website

After you have approved the finished website, we will launch it for you. After your site is launched, we offer standard 6 months warranty for ironing out any issues that may occur post launch. Any additional content changes may incurr additional cost.
