Our process

Together we plan and develop a great website! Here's how the process will work:

1. Define objectives: A design brief addressing all requirements and aspirations for the website will be discussed with you.
2. Information Architecture: Upon approval of the design brief, we will develop a website plan and site map.
3. Before commencement of the project, a 50% deposit is required from you.
4. User Interface design: We develop the website design concept and you review our design. This is usually a 3 revision process.
5. Production: Upon approval of the design, we'll build the site.
6. Once the site is built we'll give you the opportunity to add your content in a staging environment ready for launch
7. Quality assurance, testing and Launch: We test and deploy the site live!
8. On website completion you'll pay the final 50% of the project.

Support

We offer a 3 month warranty and Service Level Agreement (SLA) on this package which includes:

• The workmanship and quality of the website
• Any defects found with the website
• Technical problems that occur with the website
• Republication and restoration protection services in the case of website vandalism
• Any problems caused by modifications, updates, maintenance to the website performed by Neubreed
• 5 day telephone support
